12 PIECES of cake just prior to being tossed into the trash due to over ordering in Yakeley Cafeteria in West Circle.


Not a big deal?


Multiply this typical everyday waste by the approxiamate 210 days of the year the cafeteria is open.  Also keep in mind that Yakeley is one of the smallest cafeterias on campus.  This is just dessert...
